Hello, my name is Federico, I’m a teacher and a translator from La Plata, a bustling university city in Argentina, but I currently live in Formia, Italy, a quaint and picturesque coastal town near Rome.
I have an English-Spanish translation degree, a degree in teaching and a Cambridge CELTA Certificate. I have been working as a teacher for more than 16 years teaching general Spanish, general English, and English for specific purposes and exam preparation classes for different institutions and language schools in Argentina, Ireland, the U.K. and Italy.
I am a highly motivated teacher and I love passing on my motivation to my students. I am also very patient and I always do my best to help my students achieve their learning goals. For this reason, every lesson I prepare is unique and personalised to suit the learner’s needs. I also love using technology in the classroom to make my classes more engaging, communicative and fun.
Apart from teaching, I enjoy travelling and taking photos, listening to music, learning about other cultures, cooking, and studying languages. I’m learning Italian at the moment (my level is B2).
