Our refund policy is designed to provide flexibility and clarity. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights to a refund and how to exercise them.

Please note that We may periodically review this policy and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, change it in whole or in part. This may affect your rights, so please ensure that you review this Policy and refer to the latest version uploaded to Our website.

For this Policy, ‘Consumer’ means a person who purchases our services solely for personal use, or has the meaning given to it in the applicable consumer law, if different.

Refund Policy

  • Eligibility: Students are eligible for (a) a full refund if they are Consumers and exercise their consumer rights to cancel the purchase within the applicable consumer law; or (b) a refund, minus any payment processing fees, if they request the refund before the course starts.

Post-Start Refund Policy

  • No Refunds After Start: Once a course has begun, we do not offer refunds for the purchased course.
  • Flexible Course Transfer: If you are unhappy with your current course for any reason (e.g., dissatisfaction with the instructor, inappropriate language level), you may transfer to a different course.  If the new course is more expensive, you must pay the difference via bank transfer. If the new course is less expensive, you will receive either a refund of the difference or a voucher for the remaining amount, which can be used for other group courses. 


Deduction for Completed Lessons

  • Proportional Deduction: If you switch courses after lessons have started, the cost of any completed lessons will be deducted from the total amount. For example, if you notify us after 2 lessons of a 10-lesson course, the cost of the 2 lessons will be deducted from the total. The date of your email will be valid.

Medical Emergencies

  • Course Freeze: If you need to stop attending a course due to medical reasons, we can freeze your enrollment. The unused portion of your payment can be applied to future classes.

Refund to Consumers
As the purchase of our courses is concluded through Our website (Distant Contract), If You are a Consumer and wish to cancel the purchase of a course you have the right to do so, provided that:

  • You give us notice of your cancellation in writing (to include by email) within the first 14 days after you purchased the course, or the then applicable statutory term based on the relevant consumer law, if different;
  • The course has not started yet at the time you give us notice of cancellation;
  • The email is sent to onlinelanguagelessons@gmail.com.

Non-refundable Courses

Courses are not refundable if:

  1. Student is not a Consumer and the refund request does not reach us before the course started;
  2. Student is a Consumer but did not exercise their right of cancellation of the purchase by paragraph ‘Refund to Consumers’ above;
  3. The course has begun or the refund was requested after 14 days from purchase.
