Talk It Out: Learn English Through Debate (B2)

Fancy a lesson where you do the talking? This new experimental course is built around real conversation, not grammar drills.

Each week you'll receive some short preparation material beforehand — an article, a podcast, or a video — on a topic ranging from the light-hearted to the properly debatable. Read it, listen to it, or watch it in your own time if you can. And if you can't get to it before class, don't worry — you'll still be able to join in and follow the discussion.

In the lesson, we'll touch briefly on any useful vocabulary or expressions from the material, then dive straight into debate. The text isn't there to be picked apart line by line — it's a springboard for genuine conversation, opinion, and (friendly) disagreement.

It's a small, informal group of up to 8 students, designed to build fluency, confidence, and real debating skills in English — while exploring topics you'll actually want to talk about.

This is a new format for us, and something of an experiment — we're excited to see where the conversations go.

This class is also open to non-Italian students!
